I hate this body!
Sound familiar? It's 6:30 AM and I look in the bathroom mirror: I hate what I see. If only I could do something about it... I'll skip breakfast... Several hours later... 9:00 PM in front of the TV, can't resist anymore, need a pizza, gimme the phone...meanwhile i'll eat those donuts.
Don't despair, the solution exist. No, it's not another useless-weight-loss-miracle-cure, it's different, it's another You in the end. Why? Because your mindset and your body will change. It will not be easy, you will need external help, mostly from your family and friends, medical and nutritional advice, training advice. People around you will have to understand and accept that you are changing into another person. People don't like change, you will be surprised to see the closest friends try to drag you back, to stay the way you are, you will have to fight.
It works!
To remain motivated you need to see results, the initial actions will create new tracks in your mind, you have to remain focused and stay on those tracks, don't go back to your old ways. After a short while you will see the results, it is crucial to be very satisfied about them, as small as they appear, don't expect too much too early, the body is not a piece of wood which you can cut, it's a wonderful adaptive system. It's crucial to mark the intermediary successes on paper, even put them on a wall, so that you don't forget and later see the big picture of progress. Offer yourself a reward each time you see the results, but this reward must be something which does not draw you back, it cannot be something to eat, better offer yourself a massage, or a trip or a nice object.

1. Educate yourself about: healthy living, what to eat, what lifestyle to have, how to stay fit, how to have a positive mental attitude. You have to be convinced, to become a believer in another way of life. The westerner way of life if not ideal, you need bo become aware of that. Internet is a great source of information.
2. Start to change your diet. You learned what foods are bad, which are good for you. I will not tell you everything in this article, go and search by yourself. You are in charge of your life. In a few words: buy raw vegetables and cook yourself simple meals. It is much healthier to spend an hour in the kitchen and eat a fresh meal than buy a pizza and eat it watching TV. The idea is the following: raw better than cooked, cooked fresh better than ready-made meals, natural ingredients better than artificial flavorings, sweeteners, enhancers, etc.
The bad guys: margarine, sugar, white flour, sunflower oil, canola, corn syrup, pasteurized milk.
The good guys: fresh vegetables, beans and legumes, olive oil, linseed oil, nuts, fruits, coconut oil.
Bad drinks: all artificially colored fuzzy drinks, alcohols, liquors
Good drinks: water, fresh squeezed juices, natural juices with no sugar added.
When to eat: eat 3 meals, don't skip breakfast, take it later if you wish but don't skip it. Skip the evening meal instead. No eating after 8 PM. Fridge closed, no cake, nothing, except water.
How to eat: never eat until you feel full, eat less. Don't eat all day long, eat only 3 times per day, when you eat you wash hands before and sit at the table. Don't eat too cold or too hot. Don't watch TV or read while you eat, enjoy your meal. Don't drink while you eat. Drink later. Don't eat fruits with your meal. Fruits eaten alone between meals.
3. Start to exercise. Go for a 15-20 minutes walk after each meal. Finished the meal? Take your shoes, go outside, don't run, just walk, this is the rule. Sunny rainy, this you should do. The only exception: if you have a treadmill indoors you can do your walk on it. This is a must for your bowels and whole body will say thanks.
If you have a gym close to your home and can afford, do it, but go each other day, not once in a while. A better option is to have a training machine at home: exercise bike, treadmill, rowing, what you like. Otherwise, go for a walk, this is the best and easiest. 4. You attitude will change when you eat well and exercise, you will have a better mood, you think clearly. Focus on the goal and keep walking, at the end of your path you will be slim, healthy, rejuvenated. You will be a driving force to change other people around you.

You will succeed only if you will change into another you. Remaining the same will pull you back in those old tracks. Be determined and persistent. Sometimes it helps to do a major change in your life, to become useful, to do what you like. Liberate yourself. A better life lies in front of you.
