How You Can Control Your Weight Better?

You have had difficulty in controlling your weight in the past. So if you do not change anything, then neither will the weight. Something has to change to enable you to take control of your weight.
What need to change is not only something external to you. You also have to change something internal. When I say internal I mean you need to change what is in your head because the problem is in your head. Or more specifically it is in your mind. This does not mean it does not exist, which is what most people mean when they say it is in your head. It means that you actually need to think differently to make a change.
There is a saying that insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, expecting to get a different result. It just does not occur. So if you change beliefs and decisions that you have that do not support you anymore, then your habits and behaviours will change.
You need to make these internal changes first; otherwise your subconscious mind will sabotage you at some point in the future. When you think things are under control all of a sudden it stops working and you go back to where you were. This is what the subconscious does because it takes you back to what it believes is where you want to be. Changing your mind then you make a difference to your subconscious mind and then it will help you to be in a different place.
Once you make changes internally, then it is time to make changes externally.
These changes can include:
• Recognising when you are hungry
• Eating only when you are hungry
• Stop eating if you are full
• Increase your level of activity or exercise without an increase in eating
• Identify the portions that are right for you so that you only have enough food on your plate to go from hungry to full
• Eat consciously rather than subconsciously
Like most things it can take time for changes to occur. It has taken you time to lose control of your weight and so it will take time to gain control back. You can do it quicker if you work with the subconscious mind. This is what Hypnotherapy will do. It is a safe and effective way to change the beliefs and decisions that do no support you so you can create the habits and behaviours of being in control.
So really start to think about what you want and then you can create it for yourself.
