The best advice we can give anyone needing or wanting to lose weight now is to start an exercise program. OK, we hate the thought of exercise do we not? Exercise is not so bad, especially if you do not think about it as exercise. Just start walking, running or swimming. Start out small and walk a block, run a mail-box - then two mail-boxes - 3 mail-boxes, etc. or swim the length of the pool.
Also, determine you are going to stop eating at the fast food place or at least frequent it a whole lot less to lose weight now. Start eating good carbs like vegetables and fruits - no breads. You can eat meat for your protein, but not quite so much of it. Most of us are overweight because our intake is bigger than our out-take. Meaning we do not exercise enough to work off the extra pounds we are putting on.
We do not have to be overweight. Our weight is a choice we have made whether conscious or unconscious and we can choose to lose weight now.
