One of the reasons why our diet plans fail is because we have set an impractical blueprint to achieve it. At the start we think about leaps and bounds and in the end we fail to follow it. With just practicality in mind, I came up with this practical diet plan.
Eating less more often. Divide your eating portions into smaller one for the rest of the day.
Don't eat right before going to bed. I've limited my eating activities to three hours before bedtime. If my bedtime is at 10pm, then I don't eat after 7pm.
Brushing your teeth early. This will help you follow number 2. Especially during nighttime.
Lessen the sugar habit. If you can't take out soda,candies and gums. At least choose the sugar-free ones.
Eat vegetables. You will never go wrong with vegetables.

Think leftovers. When eating out think of bringing some leftovers from home. Restaurant portions are usually large so definitely you 're gonna overeat if you finish it all. Now this is one true blooded practical diet plan.
Shop with calories in mind. If you at the supermarket or grocery store, give some more time in reading the packaging, labels and nutritional information. Definitely you will changing your shopping and buying habits in terms of food and beverages. I personally know that even if thee are a lot of similar products available, a lot differs on nutritional and ingredients quantities.
Eat slowly. This will give your body the chance to realize that is already full and satisfied.
Drink lots of water. This will is a sure-fire practical diet plan. Water is good for the body and at the same time makes you feel full.
Chew some gum. Sometimes we eat out of habit or because it just feels good to get some flavor in your mouth and chew for a while. Find yourself some sugar-free chewing gum and use it when the urge strikes.
Reduce the amount of breads, chips, crackers, and salty snacks you eat. Starchy and/or salty food will make you crave more it. It will also make you eat more. This comes straight out of Atkins diet culture.
There are a lot of practical diet plan and tips around, but as I have always said. Think of something that you really know you can do it. The word is doable. Even if how great the plan is,if you yourself knows that you can personally do it. Then throw it out the window.
